Required Experience:**
A minimum of 1 year of proven management experience in service, retail, fast-food, hospitality, maintenance, or the automotive industry.
Sales and customer service experience to elevate the customer experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
Ability to lead and direct a team effectively.
Quick learner with an acute attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude or DIY skills are highly valued.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.

Other Requirements:**
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:** Pay starting at $20-$23 with overtime opportunities. Competitive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, bonuses, paid vacation, annual tuition reimbursement or $1200 towards employee’s student loan payments per year, retirement plan, wellness benefits (gym membership), cell phone reimbursement, gasoline allowance, free car washes, and eligibility for overtime.
