Asset Manager

SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is seeking a strategically-thinking Asset Manager to join a privately-held owner and developer of a national portfolio of industrial real estate.

The role is responsible for enhancing the long-term value of portfolio properties through a combination of strategies targeting revenue growth, operating expense control, capital deployment, debt management and risk management. The Asset Manager will also play a critical role interfacing with other departments in planning the overall strategy for new assets acquired for redevelopment/reuse.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent; Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• 7+ years commercial real estate experience.
• Substantial knowledge and experience in structuring transactions, real estate and financial market analysis, and capital planning.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including underwriting and financial modeling.
