Job title: AI Researcher

Location: Bay Area

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: 200k + Equity


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in AI and machine learning, focusing on computer vision, and video synthesis.
  • Develop and implement novel algorithms and models for converting text to high-quality video.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply these insights to our projects.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on AI, machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Strong background in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Proven track record of research excellence, demonstrated by publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
  • Experience with video processing, generative models, and data augmentation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multimodal AI, integrating text, audio, and video data.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in video generation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and tools.
  • Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or related industries.
