Position Highlights
Conduct weekly classes in digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media for adults, kids, and teens.
Monitor project outcomes and document student progress and artwork.
Implement and maintain art studio management systems to ensure efficient class operations.
Oversee art supply procurement, organization, and inventory management within budget constraints.
Manage the digital lab with up-to-date software, hardware, and educational tools.
Track and report expenses related to wages and art supplies.
Share key metrics on student retention, attendance, make-ups, and satisfaction.
Engage with prospective students and ensure satisfaction for both students and parents.
Develop strategies to enhance student retention and cultivate one-on-one relationships within the student and parent community.
Assist in developing and executing local marketing strategies, including events, school partnerships, and community outreach.
Create initiatives to elevate the overall student experience and address concerns effectively.
Identify and collaborate with local organizations to exhibit student artwork and promote our brand.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching art classes for kids, teens, or adults.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with majors in Fine Art or Art Education.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to network, collaborate, and build relationships.
