WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:
As the Graphics Design Director, you will lead the charge in creating groundbreaking design directions that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
You will be responsible for translating the visions of our partners and brand into impactful graphics and prints for product that stand out on the world's biggest stages.
Your work will involve driving a collaborators' visions while aligning with brand objectives to create true newness by juxtaposing perspectives.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH:
You will report to the Senior Design Director and partner closely with the Footwear Directors, as well as cross-functional partners.
Your role involves fostering a collaborative environment where diverse visions come to life all while mentoring the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant design work experience in a related field.
Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills.
Mastery of the creative process, guiding the team through all stages of design.
Excellent storytelling skills.
Mastery in presentation and communication skills.
Ability to lead product creation while leveraging 3D capabilities.
Proficiency in digital design software (Creative Suite).
Deep understanding of make and manufacturing processes.
Profound knowledge of elevated craft.
Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments.
Collaborative spirit with excellent soft skills and flexibility to manage multiple projects, work with external partners, and cross-functional teams efficiently.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
