Armed Patrol Officer

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Armed Patrol Officers. As an Armed Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will do foot patrols for designated areas, and vehicle patrols for your designated post/location, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents when necessary.

Instructions: Upon arrival, security will escort you into the building. You will need to let security know you are here for a walk-in interview. The security will have you sign in on the tablet at the front desk. Select "Titan Interview," then type one of the recruiter names to let us know you are here: Kaley or Brigita.

Disclosure: Be advised this is a walk-in interview, there may be a wait time depending on the influx of interviews that day. Please wait and we will get to you as soon as possible!

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part Time

Compensation: Pay is starting at $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure safety and security
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or violations of company policies
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Perform access control duties, verifying credentials and maintaining proper documentation
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to identify potential security threats
• Conduct investigations and complete incident reports as required
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing inquiries or concerns
• Enforce company rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline
• Follow proper protocols for locking and unlocking designated areas
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Knowledge of firearms preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with diverse individuals and diffuse potentially challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Physical ability to perform security duties, including standing/walking for extended periods, navigating stairs, and potentially restraining individuals if required.
• Ability to work independently, make quick and sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with security systems and technology
• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record
