Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coaching: Guide and inspire our 5 Nashville store management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Team Development: Equip your team with comprehensive knowledge in product, merchandising, operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
Staffing & Scheduling: Ensure all stores are adequately staffed and schedules are optimized for peak performance.
Hiring & Training: Lead the interview, hiring, training, and onboarding processes for Store Leaders, ensuring they are set up for success.
Problem-Solving: Identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to drive store performance.
Strategic Initiatives: Implement strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals and operational targets.
Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate our customer experience standards to deliver exceptional service.
Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Accountability: Take ownership of the stores' productivity and profitability, including sales growth, staffing, and operational efficiency.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Security & Safety: Uphold the highest levels of security and safety within the stores.
Qualifications:
Fashion Retail Experience: Minimum of 2 years in fashion retail.
Management Experience: At least 2 years in Area/Regional Management or equivalent experience.
Store Management: Over 4 years of experience in Store Management or a similar role.
