The Area General Manager at By the Sea Resorts is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant properties in Panama City Beach, Florida. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing key financial and operational metrics, and fostering a positive and productive work culture for the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for providing exceptional service and growing the business.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant properties, including but not limited to guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage outlets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed budget goals.
Hire, train, and manage a team of managers and staff to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, providing coaching and support to team members when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
Regularly communicate with upper management and provide reports on performance and accomplishments.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
Identify and address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Act as a liaison between the properties and corporate headquarters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong financial management skills and experience tracking and analyzing metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both staff and guests.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work independently and possess excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the hospitality and restaurant industry.
