Architecture Manager Job opportunity available working for 5 billion dollar/ 200 stores aggressive expanding retailer to be located at company support center in Pennsylvania area. Over the past three years the Company has generated record net income increases and continued to upgrade its fleet of stores and growing through acquisitions. The person that they hire in this role will have a great opportunity to advance within the company to Director of Architecture in the near future.
The Manager of Architecture is responsible for the daily management of the Architectural Department, as well as multiple outside consultants. They will develop resources, assign projects and be accountable for project schedules. The Manager of Architecture will be instrumental in project programming and design for new stores, retail centers, and gas stations; as well as expansions and/or remodel activities for stores and corporate support facilities (i.e., office, distribution, and manufacturing facilities).
