What You'll Need

Professional experience in Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality architecture

Professional degree in Architecture

Architectural licensure preferred

LEED accreditation is a plus

Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD

Basic knowledge of rendering software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion

Ensure reliability, accuracy, and timely completion of assignments

Follow and provide clear instructions; receptive to feedback

Maintain organized project documentation and knowledge base

Uphold design standards and collaborate effectively within the team

Communicate professionally with clients

Mentor and support project team members

Prepare and quality-check construction drawings for bids, permits, and client reviews

Coordinate with external consultants and client vendors

Manage project budgets and billing processes

Conduct site surveys and prepare comprehensive reports

Attend municipal planning and zoning meetings

Oversee project construction administration and compliance

Perform or review code analysis and ensure ADA compliance
