Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate throughout each step of the design process, from initial concept through construction administration
• Communicate with clients while managing expectations
• Utilize Revit software for documentation sets, showcasing your expertise in both creative and technical skill sets
• Create a project schedule and provide budget evaluations for design and construction expenditures
• Implement BIM execution plan and coordination

Key Skills

• Degree in Architecture or related fields
• 6+ years of post-graduate experience
• Notable experience within the hospitality sector
• High level of organizational skills
• Confidence in sketching and presenting new ideas
• High-level proficiency in Revit
