Selectek has an immediate need for an Architectural Designer to join our client’s team. This role will utilize Revit to help with the creation of construction documents and other architectural duties.

Required

  • 3+ years of architectural design experience for industrial or commercial projects
  • Revit Proficiency
  • Experience creating construction documents

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Job order details:

This person will be tasked to help with the creating of construction documents for industrial projects.

Sponsorship: No

Pay range: $37/hour - $43/hour ($77,000 - $90,000 annual salary)

Term of assignment: 6 months temp to perm

Pay method when direct: Salary, but they pay straight time for OT hours that are billable.

Location of job: Greer, SC

Hours and shift: Monday - Thursday 9 hour shifts; 4 Hours on Friday

Working remote: No

Overtime expected: Not on a regular basis

Travel: Occasional day trips

Work attire: Business Casual
