Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Architecture and Planning firm that is currently seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Architectural Designer to join the New York design team in Woodbury, NY.
This role presents an exciting chance for recent graduates or those with minimal professional exposure to delve into the world of architectural design and project development, gaining invaluable hands-on experience along the way.

Duties include:
- Assist with the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior staff
- Support site visits, client meetings, and coordination with consultants
- Participate in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development phases
- Contribute to efforts for studies and reports; approach tasks with critical thinking and curiosity
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design ideas
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency in following through and taking ownership of project tasks
- Contribute to the production of construction documents and specifications
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets
- Foster a culture of kindness, professionalism, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
- 0-3 years of post-graduate experience in the Architecture field
- Strong design sensibility and passion for architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required, Revit experience preferred. Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative in response to direction from project leadership, and problem-solve with your teammates.
- Prior internship or academic projects in architecture or design preferred but not required.
- Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience
- $55,000 - $62,000 based on experience
- Flexibility needed to do your best work with several work options including hybrid on-site, and remote on some occasions
