Looking to contribute and collaborate on building rad residential remodeling projects? Sea Pointe Design + Remodel is looking for an Interior Architect with 3-D modeling experience. This position is responsible for drafting, designing, and supporting Design Consultants in communicating design intent and details to the Client, as well as coordinating Construction Drawings to ensure streamlined implementation of our designs.
The right player should enjoy communicating and collaborating with our team of designers, project managers and clients. You should have an eye for detail, love problem solving and have killer drafting and 3-D modeling skills.
What you’ll do:
Model required 3-D design drawings and perspectives with requested materials from the design team for client communication and to provide the clients with a visualization of their future home using Chief Architect, SketchUp and rendering software.
Draft as-built floor plans and elevations as needed for the basis of design using Chief Architect.
Coordinate with our team of designers to draft and design proposed floor plans, elevations, and interior elevations as needed for client communication, pricing, and construction.
Create the permit set of drawings to submit to the city for building permits and HOA approval.

What you’ll need:
Degree in Architectural Design (or related field)
Minimum of 5+ years experience of drafting and rendering experience using Chief Architect and SketchUp
Minimum 3 years in residential design is a plus!
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Also competent in Chief Architect or Revit, SketchUp Pro, Enscape, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and Office 365.
