Job Summary:
Trileaf is seeking a full time Assistant Project Manager – A&E at our corporate office in St. Louis, MO.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with managing all phases of the project, including scoping, scheduling, troubleshooting, and QA/QC and delivery of deliverables
- Read and understand documents detailing architectural and engineering systems, including, but not limited to: site drawings, MEP specs, structural design, building materials, and accessibility compliance
- Review survey documents for accuracy, thoroughness, and adherence to client scope of work
- Establish and maintain client focus through performance goals, deliverables, reports, and value-added services
- Provide superior client service to multiple clients, both internal and external
- May have full ownership and responsibility for the management of a subset of Trileaf's clientele.
- Other duties as assigned
To be considered, the resume of the applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications/skills:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, or similar combination of education and experience
- Ability to prepare and track overall project budgets and schedules
- Experience leading and managing numerous facets of multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and accessibility concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in architectural/construction principles
- Computer skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
