Architect

One of urban's favorite clients, a design-focused studio of education specialists, with a totally flexible hybrid policy, are looking to add to their new York office, by hiring an Architect to join their team.

This studio are c.20-strong across the US, and their New York office currently stands at 9 people. They are full-service and education specialists, working on a a variety of higher education and K-12 projects, almost all locally in New York. They have a totally flexible hybrid policy, with no mandatory office days, and respect people's time and work / life balance. We have placed people with them previously, so we know first hand about the great culture in the studio.

As a smaller studio, their Architects are hands on, and get a real breadth of experience - working through all project phases, managing projects and leading client liaison, as well as staying involved on production and getting out to site in New York through construction.

They have recently on a new project with a collegiate institution in New York, and are looking for someone to join this project at it's early stages, and work through to completion in Revit and Rhino.

You will need to be proficient in Revit, have a minimum of 5 years' experience, have worked through various phases of projects, and have institutional (ideally higher education) experience.
