Participate in all project phases, with a primary focus on design development and construction documents.
Provide design support for projects as necessary, including drafting and creation of initial renderings, sketching & Revit Drawings, and 3D model making.
Prepare presentation materials, including physical and digital model making.
Partner with the Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for the construction of the project
Collaborate with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives.
Mentor and provide direction to less experienced design team members
Qualifications
Professional Architecture Degree. Masters preferred but not necessarily a requirement
6+ years of related experience
Licensure a plus, but not necessarily a requirement
Demonstrated strength of technical knowledge & design sensibility
Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling & BIM documentation tools, including Revit and the Adobe Suite
Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in the culture of the studio
