Primary responsibility is supporting the PMO and Construction team reporting efforts for various leadership and Activation groups
In addition to committee and presentation work above, this position will help the Equipment, Furniture, Signage and IT teams with requests that come in from the Activation teams and various work groups. Responsibilities include working with the right experts to gather the information, but MOST IMPORTANTLY trying to gather as much correct information independently as possible, with review by the appropriate expert prior to returning said information to the requesting party
Help gather relevant information including drawings, team input, cost information, and other data and information to support the User Change Request process
Work on behalf of the PMO team with the Development team on any requests they have for information whether that is square footage, plan requests, slide materials, or materials to help with tours
Support the FitUp effort with graphics and presentation materials useful and helpful to communicate the activities, requirements, schedules, logistics, and plans for fitting up the building
Support the various leaders above with slide decks, presentations, information requests, or other materials as needed to communicate to various groups outside the PMO group
Work with leadership team and the Building Manager and Building Manager assistant on assembling information, graphics, requirements, or other pertinent information needed to communicate FitUp logistics, responsibilities, activities
Work with leadership team on FreightTrain dashboard and reporting. Develop methodologies, information, and formats for reporting FitUp progress to senior leadership
Who we’re looking for:
At least 3 Years’ Experience leading Construction or Architectural Projects
Able to lead small groups
Good communicator
Proven ability to manage projects/deliverables/deadlines
Previous construction project/architectural/building fit up experience
Microsoft products
PowerPoint
Preference for Adobe InDesign experience
Smartsheet
Strong preference for knowledge of architectural documents and ability to read and gather information from such documents
Preference for Bluebeam experience
Knowledge of construction documents is required
Knowledge of construction projects and FitUp processes is also preferred
