Claren Architecture + Design is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Boca Raton. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients to determine project scope and requirements, managing in-house team and consultants, preparing architectural plans, and monitoring the progress of construction. The ideal candidate is resourceful with an eye for detail and excellent project management and people skills.
Responsibilities
Remain in communication with clients from the start of the project to the completion
Produce feasibility studies and design proposals
Strong Experience leading projects from concept to completion
Ability to coordinate with engineering disciplines and manage consultants
Ensure budgets and timelines are adhered to
Communicate with other construction professionals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, and regulations
Qualifications
Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in an architecture firm
Strong understanding of AutoCAD is a must. Revit and/or Sketch-up is a plus
Knowledge of Structural and MEP systems
Knowledge of building codes and permitting process
Experience in Educational, Commercial & Multi-Family Residential design preferred
Excellent communication skills
