Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at ScanSearch. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for making 350 outbound calls per day (Tuesday-Thursday) to potential leads, introducing them to the benefits of ScanSearch, and effectively communicating with them to generate sales leads. Additionally, the Appointment Setter will schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service to all prospects.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Evidence of previous experience in telemarketing, appointment scheduling, and sales
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively
Experience in the document management industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
