Experience working in an outbound call center or direct sales is PREFERRED.
The Appointment Setter role is responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers of our clients and scheduling appointments for them. These are established B2B or B2C relationships. This is NOT cold calling.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating interest and scheduling a follow-up meeting for our clients. You must be able to effectively communicate with and engage customers in both scripted and unscripted phone conversations.
Duties
Conduct warm calls to existing customers to generate appointments with their account representatives.
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to promote products or services.
Qualify leads.
Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments.
Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Engaging, friendly, and professional personality
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Results-driven and self-motivated
Excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
Computer-savvy: Ability to navigate and utilize CRM systems, Microsoft and Google software tools, spreadsheets, and documents.
Self-motivated and ability to work under limited supervision
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing
Must have your own PC or laptop with Windows 10 or higher (no Mac, iOS, etc.), 2-way headset with USB connection, and high-speed internet access.
Must reside in the United States
Able to participate in class training via Zoom
