Key Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of Agile SDLC, providing guidance and mentorship to Lead Developers across scrum teams.
Utilize expertise in SOLID development principles to deliver high-quality digital, web, and mobile solutions.
Proficient in software design patterns and practices, conducting application design reviews and collaborating with product owners and business representatives to meet needs.
Develop proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge technologies and establish enterprise standards for new applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation, providing lectures on concepts to tech leads, and analyze application telemetry to define preventive measures and long-term solutions.
Perform story analysis, breakdown, and estimation, ensuring application performance tuning and optimization.
Implement security best practices and contribute to test-driven development practices across all layers of application development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft's Web, mobile, and client-server technologies.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, and NodeJS.
Experience with MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases, building responsive and adaptive web-based applications, and application performance tuning.
Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud computing, source controls like GIT and Subversion, and application security vulnerabilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, self-driven with minimal supervision, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience architecting, designing, and programming applications in a Cloud environment (e.g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure).
Deployment and management of virtualized and/or containerized workloads (e.g., Vagrant, Docker).
Knowledge of migrating existing applications to Microservices architecture and familiarity with cyber security concepts.
