This role involves installing new applications, upgrading existing ones, providing critical go-live and rollout support, troubleshooting cardiology modalities, and ensuring seamless system integration and functionality.
Job Requirements
Install new applications, components, and upgrade existing applications, ensuring integration and functionality.
Configure and validate application settings, working alongside Application Analysts for optimal setup.
Provide comprehensive go-live and rollout support, including support scheduling and field support coordination.
Support users on new applications, modules, and functionality; oversee application modification analyses.
Evaluate operational workflows, create systems specifications from user requirements, and offer advanced troubleshooting support.
Must Have Skills
EPIC Cupid Certified Required 3 Years
Prior Epic Cupid build experience is strongly preferred Required 3 Years
Knowledge of the workflow associated with Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology (including Chat and EP Lab workflows) Required 3 Years
Willing to learn and work on other Cardiology systems supported by the team Required 3 Years
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, vendors peers and management Required 3 Years
