Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead and oversee application system support functions within our organization. As a System Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of business system analysts (BSA), supporting a diverse set of vendors hosted systems, streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring seamless delivery of application services across various departments.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to a team of BSAs in their work of in-house and third-party vendor application support across multiple departments for varying needs.
  • Provide guidance on best practices of application automation to leaders across the organization.
  • Project manage the work of internal BSAs as well as third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables, timelines, budget, and scope are being met.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues with applications and deliverables.
  • Create, enhance, and visualize team roadmaps, planning and capacity plans while providing regular reports or updates on team and system performance.

Skills And Background You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information services, mathematics, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design.
  • Experience working in employee benefits, insurance, or finance.
  • Demonstrated project management/leadership experience and communication skills.
  • Ability to work west coast hours.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, HR, IT, and administrative processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive change.
  • Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$92,750.00 - $148,500.00
