I'm currently recruiting for a Application Production Support Engineer in Englewood, CO 4 days on site, 1 remote. for a contract through the end of the year with expectation to extend.

In this role you would supporting multiple applications to troubleshoot any outages or setbacks in production while proactively monitoring the systems within a Telecom company. This is tier 5 support, so handing all monitoring, application and infrastructure issues.

The team is looking for someone who has experience supporting production Java based applications (REST APIs), has worked with monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, etc.) and has experience with DevOps/infrastructure stacks on AWS to support troubleshooting issues.
