We provide a single point of contact and have access to 300+ airports nationwide with coverage expanding into Canada and parts of Europe. We handle every aspect of ensuring aircraft look their best for our customers so they can focus on their customers.


About the Position


The Aircraft Appearance Coordinator is the cornerstone of the operation and is the hub for everything that we do. You will act as a direct liaison between customers and vendors and will be directly responsible for the daily schedule of cleaning requests.


The position is highly collaborative with flight crew members, dispatchers, maintenance personnel and our expansive network of aircraft detailers to support the needs of our customers' varied operations.


We require a motivated, self starter who is passionate about aviation and providing world class service. You must be a strong team member with the ability to apply critical thinking to navigate the dynamic nature of business aviation operations. Your responsibilities will include:


- Fielding and managing daily requests for aircraft appearance services from existing and new customers

- Working with the vendor network to assign work based on the needs of the request and location demand

- Foster and maintain professional relationships with our vendor network and clients

- Identify potential new network partners, as well as potential new customers

- Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

- Maintain detailed records through our technology platform to ensure transparent and reliable flow of information to our client base and vendor network


 Additional Information


This is generally an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. The candidate for this position will need to demonstrate good organizational and multitasking skills, be able to maintain professional relationships with our customers and vendors, and be able to work effectively on their own with little supervision once initial training is completed. This position is entirely remote and utilizes several web-based programs so the candidate must also have access to reliable internet.


Experience in business aviation operations is preferred, but not required. We will ensure you receive all training necessary to set yourself up for success in our dynamic and growing organization.
