Role Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with our 3PL Warehouse and individual customers on all shipments.
Qualifications
5+ years in fashion apparel industry with an understanding of women's clothing.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Share required
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for apparel business and ability to work effectively as a team player
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
Knowledge of Shopify backend system a must!
Expert shipping with UPS, Fedex and DHL
Experience shipping to major department stores
Experience with Bergen Logistics is a plus!
Responsibilities
Fulfillment of all web orders through Shopify
Fulfillment of small boutique orders from office stock room.
Handle all customer returns and customer service inquiries with online customers
Manage relationship with Bergen Logistics: Daily communication with the warehouse to ensure all orders ship on-time.
Sending pick tickets to the warehouse for shipments
Boutique Customer invoicing and customer service
Pack and ship samples to our sample sale partners
Track all inbound shipments from overseas factories
Send ASN to warehouse for all incoming shipments
Overall maintenance of the office stock room and general office space.
