GENERAL SUMMARY
Catalyst Creative Group is looking to hire a full-time Apparel Operations Coordinator team member to work alongside our Order Management Team. This position would service major retailers such as TJ Maxx, Buckle, Nordstrom, Target and Walmart. Candidates must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, able to problem solve, and have a positive attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
New customer setup
Order entry in Full Circle for ATS orders
EDI management checking for discrepancies, importing into Full Circle, sending ASNs, etc
Support Sales team as needed (i.e. run booking, sell-through and shipping reports)
Communication with customers as needed (for order status, template requests, etc)
Where applicable, work closely with customer’s inventory planners
Inventory and delivery management to ensure programs ship on time and complete
Processing orders to warehouse; VAS, ordering tickets as needed – communication with warehouse on packing/ensuring they have all necessary details
Liaison between internal team and warehouse teams
Drop ship support including verification of orders in customer portals, EDI management and ensuring all orders are shipping daily
Invoicing all orders shipped
Processing returns & credit memo’s as needed
Supporting research to resolve or dispute chargebacks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Self-motivated and highly focused/detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Capable of meeting deadlines
Strong follow through skills without being asked to do so
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the apparel industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills
Full Circle experience highly recommended
EDI experience highly recommended
