The company is targeting designers who have managed a team and will guide the team from concept to finished product.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned team leader professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a proven leader who will own a large part of the design life cycle through to its completion.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business/technical leaders
Creative conception/design
Lead project meetings
Multitask multiple projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design 5+ years of relevant experience
Girls, Tween, Junior or Ladies Activewear, Knitwear, or Performance apparel experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator
