Job Description

We need a Maintenance Technician in Franklin, TN to start ASAP!

We're looking for Maintenance Technicians who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference in our communities.

  • A minimum of 6 months maintenance technician experience is required-

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Tackle facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and more. EPA and CPO Certification are a PLUS
  • Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, and painting.
  • Keep our pools pristine and inviting.
  • Solve problems on the spot and work independently.
  • Exemplify professionalism and top-notch customer service in every interaction.
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months previous experience in apartment communities, hotel maintenance, construction or related jobs.
  • EPA/HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
  • Versatility in maintenance repair, covering plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs, and painting.
  • Own a set of tools? Even better!
  • Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Access to personal hand tools + power drill
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
