CALLING ALL LEASING PROFESSIONALS :

  • EXPERIENCED LEASING SPECIALISTS
  • BILINGUAL LEASING SPECIALISTS
  • TAX CREDIT

We are seeking Leasing Specialists to join our growing team! You will handle all but not limited to :

  • Property Tours
  • Property Information
  • Helping Future Prospects Apply
  • Following Up With Leads
  • Social Media Advertising
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Prepare market surveys
  • and MUCH MORE!

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields that include office and customer service.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
