We are seeking experienced leasing consultants to help lease apartment communities in Austin, TX, and surrounding area. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.

Apartment Leasing Qualifications:
At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.
Familiarity with Tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
Bilingual is a Plus!
Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:
Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
