Anthropologie Ecomm Retoucher

As a Retoucher you will support the daily image editing needs within your designated retouching channel; support the Sr Retoucher by executing notes and overall retouching direction. You will also learn to develop key cross functional relationships with internal partners: art directors, producers, merchandise assistants.

Role Responsibilities

• Retouch product images for Anthropologies’ Photo Studio including:
  
  

E-comm apparel & shoes on model, home, accessories / web creatives / social media

• Meet daily image goals and display flexibility when deadlines change to prevent sale losses
  
  

due to products being received but not activated.

• Work with Art Directors and Photographers to execute creative briefs for web platforms
  
  

including social media and email campaigns.

• Receive creative direction from Senior Retouchers, stylists, photographers and designers.
• Solve product errors across all classes to avoid costly production and activation delays.
• Work with all teams on how and when retouching should be implemented to provide
  
  

more efficient workflow practices.

• React quickly to requests and take action when necessary.
• Maintain organization of files
  
  

Role Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years professional retouching experience.
• Demonstrate technical expertise to produce imagery that is at the forefront of e-comm industry.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and produce a high volume of quality retouched images.
• Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Proactive, motivated, dedicated and able to take initiative.
• Exceptional knowledge of photo retouching, Adobe Creative Suite and studio workflow.
• Skin correction, body proportion modifications and styling adjustments.
• Photo compositing, masking, silhouetting and color corrections.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Anthropologie brand and how it relates to retouching.
• Expirience working in a DAM a plus!

The wage range for this role is $58,000 to $62,000 .Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc. ”
