We are currently seeking a diligent and organized File/Document Clerk to join our team. As a File/Document Clerk, you will play an important role in maintaining and organizing our company's files and documents to ensure smooth operations and easy access to information.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain physical and digital filing systems for various documents and records
Organize and label files and documents for easy retrieval
Scan and make copies of documents as needed
Manage the distribution and retrieval of files and documents
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of files and documents
Assist colleagues in retrieving and filing documents
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries related to files and documents
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a File/Document Clerk or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using office equipment such as scanners and copiers
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
