Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the Veterinary Surgeon in administering anesthesia to patients
• Monitor vital signs and anesthesia depth during surgical and sedated procedures
• Maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies
• Provide post-anesthetic care and monitor patients during recovery
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients
  
  

Requirements:

• CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician) or VTS (Veterinary Technician Specialist) in Anesthesia preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as an anesthesia technician or similar surgical role
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and monitoring techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners
• Willingness to participate in continuing education (CE) and training opportunities.
