We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, work in a collaborative environment and are eager to make an impact at the intersection of gaming and analytics.
About the role:
As the Analytics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions and providing strategic insights that shape our business strategies. You'll oversee the analytics function, analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data-driven approach supports our mission of delivering exceptional gaming experiences.
You’ll use your ability to stay in touch with industry trends to develop and maintain dashboards in a user-friendly format to provide key metrics and insights to stakeholders across the business, plus lead the analytics team through clear goal setting and guidance whilst fostering a collaborative culture.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics with a strong track record of leading analytics teams and projects.
Web3 Experience is a must!
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for gaming.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
A genuine love for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable.
