Analytical Chemist

Microvascular Therapeutics, Inc is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Analytical Chemist. The position involves bench work as well as manufacturing the products in a clean ISO-7/5 environment.

Specific Responsibilities

Provide support in the Analytical Department and perform all analytical testing of the products

Provide support in the manufacturing cleanroom set up

Maintain detailed and organized laboratory notebook with detailed observations, and peer review laboratory notebooks within quality system guidelines.

Analyze, document, and interpret data.

Some general maintenance of lab instrumentation.

Troubleshoot and perform routine repairs and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Requirements

BS in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent

Validated practical experience in design, experimentation, statistics, and data analysis

Excellent problem-solving capability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Perform the following routine laboratory duties:

Ensure laboratory areas are clean and organized

- Troubleshoot and perform routine repairs and maintenance of laboratory equipment as needed

- Monitor the status of laboratory supplies

- Maintain weekly schedules and report any changes to the Director of Quality Control

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 per year or commensurate with experience
