Analyst, Launch Fulfillment
Purpose
From partner collaborations to new product models, become part of the team which executes and evaluates performance of future product launches and ensure adidas’s products are available online, creating impact, and winning consumers on Launch day.
Execute all system & communication related activities ensuring that demand from US and Canada Distribution Centers will be fulfilled on time for product launches, according to wholesale customer and Direct to Consumer channel requirements (e.g. availability creation, stock allocation, delivery note release etc.), whilst ensuring compliance to business prioritization rules required to operate stock sharing across channels within the US.
Close collaboration with SCM partners as well as commercial teams is essential to provide transparency, support actions and improve processes to fulfill demand on time for product launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with and support other SCM and other business functions of Product Supply, Inbound, and DC Operations and Account Operations with the aim of driving on time delivery for launches, ensure effective prioritization for launch critical demand
- Work with stakeholders in Demand planning, Marketing and Sales to understand and ensure key business priorities are reflected in the systems
- Provide a consumer and customer-centric service towards business stakeholders
- Provide reporting transparency and analytics regarding launch orderbook performance, both actual/historical as well as projected performance to support decision making
- Ensure clean and accurate orderbook for product launches, execute mass sales order updates such as rejections and re-dating.
- Review orderbook correctness ensuring data integrity for SCM systems/processes through sales order maintenance
- Execute allocation, delivery note creation and backorder/season cleanse jobs against defined rules, schedule and monitor results
- Support development of the Launch Framework, collaborating with partners in NAM, other markets and global functions
- Act as key tester for all system release changes, keep test-scripts updated and document all processes & procedures in the Order Fulfilment Manual

- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work within different cultures and levels
- A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, logistics or operations
- Two to three years of work experience in supply chain management
- Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems & Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
- SQL experience is a plus
