Job Purpose
As a Mid-Level Actuarial Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing product performance and developing solutions to actuarial challenges. Working closely with our team of actuaries, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and skills to help individuals take control of their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent analysis within your area of expertise, with results reviewed by actuarial supervisors.
Identify potential issues and conduct basic research to determine estimated impact.
Propose alternative analytic approaches to address challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Maintain good standing in the actuarial student program and actively pursue actuarial accreditation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Two-plus years of work experience, preferably in an analytical or insurance setting.
Successful completion of four to five actuarial exams or equivalent knowledge.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.
