YOUR MISSION:

  • This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF business with a focus on OPEX and Royalties.
  • Responsibility for all activities related to Operational Expenditure (OPEX) within CPG US and CPG Canada including: advice and business partnering to achieve desired OPEX efficiencies, analysis of and follow up on actual spend, coordination and execution of forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Business partner to budget holders on all aspects of OPEX. Work in conjunction with those colleagues to optimize important cost components including: COOP, Discretionary Allowance, Sports Marketing, Media and Events, Fitting and Demo – OPEX, Recovery / Invoicing, Billing
  • Support month-end process including reporting, data validation, and calculation of accruals
  • Work and align with other PUMA Entities on our quarterly and monthly recharging processes
  • Prepare GL entries and account reconciliations
  • Support and drive the reporting and forecasting of variable cost components such as royalties, fulfillment costs as well as freight
  • Support the Senior Analyst on matters related to sales, discounts, cost of sales as well as inventories and account receivables

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Corporate Finance or Accounting environment
  • Strong analytical and data organizational skills required
  • Detail-centric and possesses high accuracy in preparing budget reports while adhering to set deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong communications skills, able to interact with multiple levels of management
  • Team player attitude is critical
  • SAP, Hyperion, Power BI knowledge a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Confidential approach to sensitive information

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $66,560 - $87,140 + Bonus + Benefits
