Your Key Responsibilities
As the Americas Area Real Estate Leader, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate operations. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
Crafting Strategy: Collaborate with our Americas business leadership to develop a comprehensive real estate strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and values.
Portfolio Management: Take a proactive approach to managing our real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, space optimization, and relocation projects.
Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate portfolio performance against industry benchmarks and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Cost Management: Oversee budgeting and cost control initiatives to ensure optimal use of resources.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
What You Bring To The Table
We're looking for someone with:
Approximately 10 or more years of leadership experience in real estate management.
Previous experience in corporate real estate, team leadership, and legal matters.
An advanced degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business administration, finance, or economics.
Experience managing teams with 15 to 20 direct reports.
