Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow our business in The Palm Beaches area.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of staff, partners, and freelancers, coordinating all aspects of the design process.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and trades, ensuring clear communication and a cohesive vision.
• Design Excellence: Develop both conceptual and detailed designs, overseeing purchasing and execution to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in interior design role
• Minimum of 3 years as Lead Designer, running interior design projects from start to finish
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of CAD + a quick learner on tech/software
• Experience finding, pitching, and closing clients
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction clearly and concisely
• Experience being the main contact with clients
• Experience with full service residential interior design, renovations, and new builds

Compensation

• We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions OTE ~$150K
• Our compensation package includes performance-based bonuses and commissions designed to reward sales achievements and project profitability.
• This structure ensures that our Lead Interior Designer's success is directly aligned with the growth and financial health of the business.
