Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Market Manager with a background in big box retail and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web analytics, forecasting, and projections. As the Amazon Market Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and brand visibility on the Amazon platform while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon Seller Central is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility on the Amazon platform
Manage all aspects of SWCORP's presence on Amazon, including product listings, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Monitor and optimize product pricing, inventory levels, and fulfillment processes to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Utilize web analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and Amazon marketplace management
Manage and optimize product listings on additional eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and others as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in eCommerce and/or retail management, with a focus on Amazon
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives on the Amazon platform
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central)
Experience with additional eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience in the bath products or home improvement industry is a plus
