Global Service Providers Alliances Manager

About the role:

Our partner team at Telestream is on the brink of exciting growth, and we are actively seeking a dynamic Cloud, Technology and Global Service Providers Alliances Manager with a proven track record in cultivating B2B alliances to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our collaborations with industry giants such as AWS, GCP, Deloitte and other key technology partners, amplifying our ability to provide top-notch support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass the adept management of partner programs, orchestration of co-sell initiatives, and facilitation of customer dialogues alongside engineering leaders.   • Developing and nurturing strategic alliances with cloud service providers, including AWS, GCP, and other relevant partners.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer support through effective collaboration with cloud, technology and service provider partners.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies with the target partners.
  • Facilitating communication and alignment across various internal teams involved in alliance activities.
  • Staying informed about changes in the industry and regulatory landscape that may impact partnerships.
  • Knowledge and experience of M&E space

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience of 10 years in B2B alliances, fostering and managing partnerships.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, devops, and technology stacks.
  • Proven ability to drive incremental revenue through effective collaboration with alliances partners.
  • Desire and adaptability to work in a fast-moving startup mentality environment.
  • Fast learner with a strong affinity for M&E, cloud and technology trends and advancements.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a natural inclination for excellence.



What you will do

  • :Maintain relationships with partner contacts and support the joint governance mode
  • lMaintain and expand cloud, technology partner and global services provider contacts networks and work closely with internal teams to identify and expand network
  • sRepresent Telestream and evangelize our targeted partners and their teams on our vision, mission and proposition
  • sCoordinate and help execute go-to-market program
  • sGain thorough knowledge about the Telestream solutions and its value
  • .Develop thought leadership in key planning processes with other o9 team


sAdditional Requirements

:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship or other applicable discipline. Master’s degree preferred.Skills: Ability and history of building relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders and translating relationships to commercial success in the region or vertical. Executive presence and ability to communicate well and while making an impact with senior executives and decision makers.Characteristics: Self-starter with passion, energy, willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial mindset.We really value team spirit: Transparency and frequent communication is key.
