STS Technical Services is actively seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in Swanton, Ohio. This role involves performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Boeing 737 aircraft, ensuring all work meets FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Boeing 737 aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft components, systems, and structures, documenting findings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Replace or repair worn or damaged parts, such as engines, landing gear, and flight control systems, using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and flight crews to ensure aircraft are airworthy and meet all operational requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Aircraft Mechanic with expertise in Boeing 737 maintenance.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of maintenance personnel, engineers, and flight crews.
