We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI/ML Researcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong publication record in generative AI or machine learning. As an AI/ML Researcher, you will play a crucial role in driving our product initiatives and contributing to the advancement of our AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply cutting-edge research in generative AI and machine learning to document understanding and agent reasoning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into practical applications.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML research.
• Publish applied research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
  
  

Qualifications

• PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A demonstrated passion for translating research ideas into real-world outcomes. This translation is the most important element for success in this role.
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals, particularly in generative AI or machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, LLMs, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience in applying AI/ML in an agentic context including fine tuning models for specific workloads
• Experience with large-scale machine learning systems and handling big data.
• Background in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or other advanced AI techniques.
