Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven applications and tools that automate processes to ensure on-time renewals, efficient customer service and workforce effectiveness.
- Create machine learning models and algorithms to optimize renewal rates, along with data analysis and feature engineering for modeling.
- Research, design, and develop deep learning models to streamline how renewal information is processed, including the application of large language models (LLMs) and digital assistants.
- Develop generative AI solutions to automate tasks such as text generation and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Monitor the performance of AI models and applications, continuously refining them to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and SQL.
- Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, data manipulation and visualization tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply AI technologies to develop applications and integrate datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
