About the job: Agile Team Coach
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Agile Team Coach to join our team at Bridge Atlantic. This role will be pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of projects within the Agile framework, along with supporting our Clients' broader organizational agility.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in program delivery, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and experience operating within various frameworks (from hybrid to pure Agile). You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to drive successful project delivery, increase transparency, and foster continuous improvement across our project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Agile Process Governance and Team Coaching: Implement and maintain Agile project management frameworks, processes, and best practices within the team. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and methodologies, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on Client needs and project context.
Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and serve as the Agile Champion for the team - continuously coaching the team to improve their efficiency within the Scrum framework.
Agile Project Team Management: Manage and monitor the day to day health of the project team through project status creation and reporting, proactive risk identification and mitigation, scope control, and the tracking of dependencies within the context of a Sprint/PI cycle.
Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the teams health, team productivity, and delivery performance. Creation of reports and dashboards in Agile Work Management tool to provide stakeholders with insights into project progress and outcomes.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in a proactive manner. Facilitate regular reviews of risks and issues with program stakeholders to implement and track mitigation actions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Serve as a point of contact for PMO-related inquiries and provide timely updates on project statuses and milestones.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies, preferably in a consulting environment
SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Experience as a Scrum Master on an SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar implementation project
Proven track record of successfully supporting Agile project delivery in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Expertise in the deployment and ongoing management of Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
