Agile Project Facilitator OAG 6/16/2024

Client requires the services of 1 Project Manager 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Project Manager 2, Project Management and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client .

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).

Client is looking for an Agile Project Facilitator. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the CDO, responsible for overseeing and facilitating IT projects with a focus on agile methodologies. This position requires a unique blend of strong technical skills in IT, particularly in mainframe development, coupled with expertise in agile facilitation and integration for sprint teams. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Client team to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects in alignment with organizational goals.

Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Service as an agilest and scrum master on agile projects in IT. 4 Required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 4 Required Work with scrum/sprint team members with high technical acumen to manage data migration and report generation projects. 4 Required Develop criteria for evaluating programs, proposals, and other pertinent information related to data projects. 4 Required Develop project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates for data migration and report generation. 4 Required Implement plans to communicate project methodology and processes to interested groups and team members. 4 Required Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for data migration and report generation initiatives. 4 Required Work closely with data scientists and technical teams to understand development requirements and integrate them into project plans. 4 Required Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to guide project teams in overcoming technical challenges related to data migration. 4 Required Provide hands-on technical support and guidance for data migration and report generation projects. 4 Required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 4 Required Work with scrum/sprint team members with high technical acumen to manage data migration and report generation projects. 1 Preferred PMI-ACP or other project management adjacent certifications.
