Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field such as Computer Science, MIS, Software Development, or similar.
Minimum 2 years of professional development experience including agile engineering practices.
Strong core programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python etc.) and understanding of data structures.
Previous experience with an automated decision engine is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Swagger-OAS and/or RAML for API specifications is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities Of Remote Senior Developer
Translate business requirements into user stories and testable designs.
Implement credit strategies and rules into an automated decision engine.
Collaborate with teams to ensure credit strategies meet business needs and target architecture.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and functional tests.
Offer timely research and problem resolution.
Assist in creating technical documentation for decision engine implementation.
Work in an agile, rapid development environment.
Location: Remote, based in Maryland.
Remote position but must be local to Baltimore, MD.
Preferred Skills
Experience with automated decision engines like Blaze, PowerCurve, Zoot, or Provenir.
Proficiency in Swagger-OAS and/or RAML for API specification.
